We often focus on resident retention, but what about employee retention? If you have a great team member, don’t lose them! March 4th is Employee Appreciation, but you can say thank you any day of the year with these fun ideas.  Depending on your budget, you could do a combination of a few!

In today's workplace, a lot of our teams are beaten down and exhausted. As leaders, we can pause and find ways to infuse a little fun into our workdays. Keeping our teams motivated doesn't have to take huge gestures. Show you care, notice small efforts, offer feedback to help your team get better, and ultimately be their biggest cheerleader.

For our employee appreciation this year, we are going to take a zoom class on tea making. I gave my team about 6 options of different things and the tea workshop was the winner.
