What’s old is new again.
Have you ever been given the opportunity to participate and contribute to an exciting revitalization project? If asked, say yes! (It’s so important to work with an amazing knowledgeable team. Get ya some of those!)
This one hundred year old once dilapidated Belk building was recently turned into beautiful livable spaces.
Exposed ceilings, deep toned walls, and a penny tile backsplash pack a punch in this retro throwback unit.
The entire team was respectful to keep the integrity of the building in line with historic preservation so the original hardwoods were restored throughout the building. The floors boast the beauty of a life well lived.
Modern moody color on the walls are evoking cigar rooms and mid century modern vibes of yesteryear.
Timeless luxurious tiles were added in bathrooms and in kitchen backsplashes to keep in step with the updated traditional yet modern feel.
Have you ever had the chance to work on a historical building turned into rental spaces or lofts? If so share about your project below. I’d love to see! Hope this project brings some inspiration your way.
