These two dirty buckets may not look like much but they are quite possibly included as one of the most important components of a multi-family community. Hear me out...

Today I had the privilege of walking two communities picking up trash. I have not done this in a long time and was reminded of the significance of the bucket and picker.

The teams that walk a community every morning and sometimes through out the day picking up trash use these tools to maintain others homes. They scoop up that broken piece of glass that could have hurt a small child playing, they gather the loose trash floating around so a resident can feel pride in their home and community, they clean up the spills to protect a neighbors new car, and so much more. Walking the community serves as the eyes and ears of the resident's community, reporting damaged lights, straightening pool furniture around the pool, or identifying if Mr. Smith left their garage door open by accident.

I have witnessed residents stop and chat with our team, thanking them for their service. Expressing that underlining feeling of confidence that all is well with their home.

And that... is extremely significant.
