About Bill Szcytko:
Bill Szczytko is the Director of Leasing Operations for WC Smith. He leads the WC Smith Corporate Leasing Department which manages a growing number of apartment communities and condominium developments. In addition, he oversees the vital link between leasing operations and accounting. Bill joined WC Smith in 2015. Prior to this, he was Director of IT for a Property Management firm operating around the Baltimore area. He brings more than 13 years of experience in the design of systems and processes, and will be vital in moving WC Smith forward with their leasing operations. Bill Szczytko attended York College of Pennsylvania and graduated with a BS in Marketing. He has spent the last 2 years on the Leadership Committee for ApartmentList, an internet apartment search engine, and on the ILS Feed committee for NAA, which has helped to create new processes for how the industry communicates. In addition, he is a published blogger and author for many industry publications, such as the UNITS magazine and Multifamily Insiders.
