The student housing market is fierce. Properties must outline the strategy, budget and marketing tactics in order to bring a strong message forward in the key leasing months. An organized process is key to driving renewals and new lease potentials.
Many properties struggle to keep their brand look and feel and messaging consistent throughout all aspects of marketing – signage, event invites, the website, emails, social media assets, swag and handouts. This can send a confusing message to the market and have a negative impact on leasing. During this webinar, we will highlight the top categories of consideration in student housing marketing that can also impact those of you serving a more conventional market.
You’ll learn how to:
- Set and communicate your brand standard to staff and vendors.
- Use an integrated marketing campaign approach to drive your messages to the market.
- Establish and conduct a successful move-in campaign.
- Kick off the leasing season with strong renewals.
- Impact leasing with community events to drive community and lease potentials.
- Use your website and social media to share a variety of information.
- Guard your reputation
