About Donald Davidoff:
Donald is a leading expert in pricing, marketing and the use of technology in multi-family housing and consults with leading multi-family owner/operators and technology companies. He was Executive Vice President, Pricing and Marketing, at Holiday Retirement leading their effort to pioneer a new pricing and revenue management solution as well as their entire marketing effort.
Prior to joining Holiday, he was Senior Vice President, Strategic Systems for Archstone, where his teams were directly responsible for pricing and revenue management, Archstone’s entire marketing platform, market research and a variety of business process and workflow projects. Donald is perhaps best known for leading the team that built the Lease Rent OptionsTM software, the industry’s first automated revenue management system, at Talus Solutions, later acquired by Manugistics.
