25 years on the Owner/Manager side of the industry. started in construction worked my up to Mgmt Co owner. 20+ yrs on the BOD of Apt Assoc of Tarrant County, 20 on TAA BOD and 12 as NAA delagate. Hold CAMTII, CAS & CAPS Emeritaus and NAAEI Instructor. I do a Stress Mgmt class for site staff with about 40 of the 100 Teddy Bears that live with us.

Golf, mountains in the summer, beaches in winter, beaches work in the summer as well.
