I am a “research addict” with a deep desire to know a little something about everything. I have worked in the property management industry since birth (sometimes it feels like it) and have never had a dull moment. I climbed the corporate ladder and then slid down the chute in 2007 to become a work-at-home-mom (WAHM). I am an official member of the Boymom®club with the t-shirt to prove it. I spend my days chasing down a 2 year old and homeschooling a 7 year old. I am officially crazy and gray! When the sun goes down, the coffee pot turns on and my alter ego takes over. My favorite meal of the day is coffee. It is amazing the amount of work you can complete under the influence of an entire pot of coffee. My blogs are diverse (generational differences, leadership, customer experience, sales, marketing, customer loyalty, management etc.), and intentionally written in a way that will hopefully make you stop and go hmmm. My life is a little unique and I often get the question, “What exactly do you do?” This is how I respond…I am a wife and mother first. Then I am a homeschool teacher, training and development executive, generational researcher, “anything” researcher, creative writer, counselor, blogger, referee, fisherman, public speaker, horse trainer, chef, Sunday School teacher, obsessive organizer and vacuum addict. Well, maybe I don’t give them all of that detail—but close. “Diverse” is a word that pretty much sums up my life!
