Chamberlan operates the investment brokerage, property management, and new property development portfolio for Southgate Realty, LLC. As the Asset Manager he directs strategic business planning, drives tactical execution, and oversees daily operational aspects of Southgate Realty's portfolio. Together with his team, he manages 900 apartment homes, 15 communities, and various commercial locations. Southgate Realty and Chamberlan’s shared goal is to maximize owner return and value by providing a thorough understanding of the market and property's competitive position. As a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Registered in Apartment Management (RAM), Chamberlan maintains a firm grip on the continuously, progressive multifamily industry. His dedication has allowed him serve as the State President for the MS Multifamily Council, Home Builders Association of MS Board of Directors, and 2016 Vice President for the MS Chapter of IREM. Company, community, and investors are his priority; which allows him to be a trusted authority and advocate to this industry.
