After 20 years I still love being in the field actively helping my team members with accelerated lease up programs. I got started in the business while in college and had an apartment locating business on the side. Then was asked to come on board with another lease up company in 1991. Six months later I opened up my own lease up company and the rest is history. I still love what I do and am passionate about helping owners, management companies and onsite staff acheive there occupancy goals. I believe I am one of the few that can say after 20 years I still love doing lease ups!!!
