F&W Properties was started by The Fisher Family, and has been in business since 1969. We are a family run business that takes pride in providing safe and affordable housing to our residents. Our current portfolio consists of over 890 rental units in the Central Ohio area. Starting in 2013, we partnered with Buckeye Real Estate on 4 new apartment development projects on the campus of The Ohio State University and have an ownership interest in 510 units in Austin, TX.
