Matthew is responsible for maintaining the day to day process and procedure, performance reporting and revenue management strategy for Thies and Talle Management. By analyzing opportunities for improvement and determining training needs, Matthew advances solutions to maximize efficiency and improve profitability, while coordinating new process implementation and roll out.
After graduating from St. John's University, Matt started his career in property management in 1998. He has managed properties for several Minnesota based property management organizations who have owned, or managed properties in Downtown Minneapolis, Uptown Minneapolis, the surrounding suburbs and national markets. Matt maintains a real estate license, is a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association's (MMHA) Economic Task Force and is the owner of the Linkedin Group, Residential Property Management Professionals , which has over 20,000 members.
We own and manage over 90 rental properties. Our homes for rent range from luxury townhomes to affordable housing to senior apartments and are located throughout Minnesota, North & South Dakota, Montana, and Michigan.
