Guest Insider Let’s not forget our maintenance techs. They deal with unreasonable people who put in one work order and are expected to fix the entire apartment when they show up for a clogged toilet. They are electricians, plumbers, appliance repair people, painters, flooring installers and a little bit of everything else. Simply put, property management in all aspects is not for the weak or lazy. It takes the best of the best to run a successful community. And we are it.
