This doesn't really make sense. There is no way to financially recover from keeping the higher occupancy when the people aren't paying their rent. At least with the non-payers out, you have a chance to rent to someone who will actually pay the rent.

Yes lol its just a joke but every single person that I have received rental assistance i had to evict...so I try not to rely on it

Thats to bad. I had a handful that got evicted but I was able to recover around 320K. It definitely helped the majority of my people.
