Cindy ShearerWe outlawed them at our apartments; everytime someone moved out, the pole and/or dish was left behind. Every time someone moved in, the new provider did not want to reuse the poles/dishes that were in place. They were stringing wires everywhere on the outside of the building. We worked with a local cable company and had the buildings rewired so that cable is available to all units. The residents have to make arrangements with the provider if they wish to have service.
