A unique plumbing repair in the ceiling by the previous owner found today in our most recent acquisition.

Guest Insider We found ice bins on rafters under roof leaks in the attic of one property. Same property had a hole in the floor that was "fixed" using an old license plate underneath carpet

Jose Maciel Wow, depending on how bad the leak was that could have been fixes with flex tape then painted to match! J/K ????
I found this carefully placed nail in a board used to fix a floor joist. Just goes to show you the person driving the nail needs to be just a little smarter hand the nail!
