Some things site staff does NOT have to do:
Take and enter payments
Create legal notices
Generate renewal offers
Take billing and portal questions
Process security deposit statements
And more.
All of these are done by teams not on site.
I’ve read of agent-less properties already.
We all better start honing our skills for a new trade.
