How do we clear a followup on crm if there is no potential of renting?

Guest Insider Management will probably need a very good reason for cancelling the card without a minimum number of follow-ups. When I’m the guest card, look in the top right of the screen. There is an option to click and it will drop additional options. Cancel is one of them. It will bring up a box to select the reason for cancel and type an explanation.

Guest Insider When the profile is open go to the dots in the top right corner. Cancel guest and choose reason. Maybe they are 90 days out? Add notes in the box. You can add a follow up with a date to do so but always record the feedback
