Sad, but true, my life is real estate and has been my entire adult life. Believe it or not, I started in the industry as a vendor which became an owner. Realizing a strong demand within the industry and recognizing how difficult it is to build and operate a solid portfolio without controlling your own resources prompted the formation of the Dickinson Klotz group which successfully provides and services all aspects of the multifamily industry with companies including Brokerage, Finance/Lending, Property Management, Investment, Consulting and Construction. Today, owning thousands of units and managing, brokering, and financing many thousands more, I guess I am just a glutton for punishment.
For fun, I enjoy small real estate projects & operating a sportfishing charter biz in Costa Rica.
