Have worked for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, Worked as a CRE Lender and have taken courses and have done some underwriting.
I do not own property at this time nor am I looking.
As the founder of CRE Professional Investor Group and co-founder of CRE Distressed Assets Assoc. I now do media and social networking for the CRE industry.
I also run a site of interviews of various authors, speakers, gurus and celebs.
