2013 Preparations

Hello,

I am managing 3 multi-family properties and 39 single family homes. I am doing so for the owner who, like myself, have no experience in the industry. Over the past year we have made wonderful accomplishments, including setting up a property management system and using 'home-made' excel worksheets for most of our budgeting.

I was asking is there someone out there who may have suggestions on a better operating flow. Systems that may be out there that can better manage our tenants. Resources that may be available. Anything is good. For the most part we are winging it...

Property #1 - 164 Units - 78% Occupancy
Property #2 - 102 Units - 83% Occupancy
Property #3 - 36 Units - 100% Occupancy
