We're using an old version of Yardi that they no longer service and Internet Explorer upgrades will soon make obsolete. Not interested in their upgrades. Would like a web-based replacement at a reasonable price. We have been using Yardi for almost all of our accounting and will likely move the non-property management stuff to new accounting software. Thanks for any suggestions!

If you are absolutely not going to upgrade Yardi, maybe you should try AppFolio. I believe they can integrate all of your old data. They are newer so will do a lot of customizing for you too.

I saw a demo of ResMan last week and it looked pretty sweet. Maybe give them a quick call. Ask for Ali or email her at [email protected]

We have been toying with Entrada with property solutions for some time.. they have a great product - you should really look into it.. Robert Weathers is our rep - he is a follower of MFinsiders - you should look him up

I just attended the Rent Manager Conference in Marco Island, FL last week. It was pretty impressive. We are a Utility Management vendor who integrates with their software and while there, I attended most of their sessions. The thing that impressed me the most - they were upgrading even their DOS customers for free, all the way up to the newest software version. No data limits. If you chose not to, they still support the old format, and every version in between. Very accommodating.
