I'm curious whether or not anyone has a good system for rent roll/online rent collection that does not include a full accounting suite and budgeting tools. We have six properties, several hundred units total, that are all local and we handle that stuff in the main office - we have other companies as well and we're not going to use a whole different accounting system just for our multifamily. Non-negotiable requirement for online rent collection is daily batches separated by property. It seems like everything I can find is either astronomically expensive for what we need to do, usually because it provides full accounting/budgeting tools that we don't need, or it's not equipped to handle quite our volume of residents and we'd be reconciling hundreds of individual transactions on the bank statement.
