Does anyone currently leasing via paperless/digital transactions?

Does anyone use a paperless/digital leasing system or know of a company who does? Maybe even a vendor that provides this type of service? I'm looking for something that covers everything from the guest card, application & verification documents to the digital/electronic signatures, Lease & Addendum. This system also is integrated with property mgmt software systems.
I know I've heard of these types of programs existing and a few companies using them, I just don't recall who. I'm hoping to gather some feedback & possibly referrals here. Thanks - Heather

We were thinking of creating our own system this year that had this type of workflow. I would love the answer to this question as well to see if it would make sense to go with something "prepackaged" or would it be feasible to do it ourselves? Anyone...?

We have been investigating docusign.com. As a possible solution.

We just signed with On-Site. They offer everything from websites to online applications, guest cards, screening and lease e-sign. The website is separate from leads to leases and doesn't have to be included. We use Yardi as a management software which fully integrates with On-Site and Blue Moon for leases which is also fully integrated. The product seems amazing and we are set to launch next week. Will keep you posted if it lives up to my excitement!!

Anyone using dotloop?
