Hi, I am new to MRI. What can cause the following problem: Balance Sheet has $xxx more in security deposit liability account than the total security deposit on Rent Roll report? Help..Thank you :(

Just a wild shot in the dark:
Something is being coded as a "security deposit" charge when it should probably be something else. Best guess is at move-out, excess charges at that time should be "cleaning" or "labor" or....
