I have had experience looking for marketing apps for both student housing and regular community housing developments and have found the most useful property management software solutions to be from the big players like Buildium or Realpage . They're both Web-based are very easy to use and come with some advanced functionality that really saved me time and convenience. Hope that helps!

Realpage is the way to go! I have interacted with their personnel and they care about the product they put out as well as the customers who use it. They are also always looking for ways to improve and if you have issues they are ready to not only to listen but to take action!
