Tips and Advice

Hello Friends,

I have been managing your standard, traditional communities for quiet some time and about to take on managing at an affordable community soon in Texas. Can you offer up some tips and advice for someone who is going into this semi-blind? I will of course have some training, but would like to read up and fill up my noggin' with some knowledge beforehand.

Get the LIHTC(Low Income Housing and Tax credit) web-site! has lots of info and also keep copies of all difficult files as examples (you will refer back to them). God bless!
