Looking to purchase Multi-Family Apartment Building ASAP

ATTN: Real Estate Developers/Investors, Asset Managers, and private individuals:

I have many contacts that have expressed their desire to purchase apartment buildings in the U.S. Total gross in the amount of 75 million. Criteria must meet the following which are very simple:

40++ unit building and or buildings

carry over cost for each unit $4000 or less

property can not be listed in the MLS

Hi Marvena - Please do not take offense to this response, but you see many of these post online from individuals truly not serious about acquisition. I have access to a pool of REO assets not listed, which falls in the lines you mentioned, but before I can recommend anyone to my contacts or put the efforts to present them with assets for sale, I need to be assured that they are truly interested in acquisition, can close quickly, that deals are done on cash without financing or already have pre-approval or secured financing.
