We have a duplex we are looking to sell to another investor - it's lucrative and in a desirable area - we are not looking for appreciation on the price we paid 8 years ago, but want to sell to an active/involved investor - someone who we know will take good care of the tenants and property. We just don't have the time to dedicate to it but aren't willing to unload it to just anyone.
