I am seeking cash investors / equity partners for my Multifamily Apartment deals. I'm currently looking at Class C, 20 units or more, Value Add properties that are $30-$35K per unit at a 10 Cap.
I'll do as much as an 80"you"/20 split, depending on the circumstances.
I analyze all the numbers as deals come in to make sure it's even worth our time.
I also provide a 12-15% Cash on Cash Return for the investor/partner.
