This is for those of you who have interviewed candidates to join your team, I am looking for a site level manager position and would like to come up with 5-10 questions to ask during an interview that I cannot locate an answer for by researching the company.

In no particular order here, I have asked various forms of:

1) Describe the ideal candidate.
2) What do you expect me to accomplish within my first 90 days? How will my performance/progress be measured?
3) What kind of assistance and/or support can I expect to meet your goals?
4) How much input will I have in terms of running this property; will I be expected to use existing vendors, or can I seek new ones if I know they can save money?
5) Are there any specific challenges this property is being faced with?
6) What can you tell me about the hiring process and the next step? When can I expect to proceed?
7) When can I start?
8) I know the property and have googled it and found some recent complaints that concern me. How were they addressed? Are there any issues that need further attention? (In this case, I would be prepared with printed examples of what was learned)

Are there any more questions I should be asking?
