I believe I have made several mistakes in the job hunting process. I told my manager, I posted my resume online, and I've used (not abused) company equipment (computer) to job hunt. Assuming they have tracked my computer activity. How do I bounce back from this? Am I doomed to be stuck at a company that has proven to be unwilling to promote me? I scared these things may prevent me from finding new employment.

I don't think that will hurt you too much... All an employer can do is confirm that you work(ed) there, confirm the dates, the position, and the salary. They cannot 'characterize' the employment in any way. In fact, many companies actually refuse to quote any more information.

If you did indeed use company equipment/time; STOP!
