All are lease holders if they are 18 years of age or older. All lease holders must be vetted meaning they must qualify under our Qualifications guidelines including background, criminal, and ID verification. All minors are added as occupants only to ensure the unit is not over occupied for the floor plan they are leasing. This also ensures we know who lives in the unit and whether they are of age to be alone.
