I was recently asked of the multifamily owner/operator management companies as well as 3rd party management companies, what percent of their total portfolio is utilizing revenue management software. I have done some research but overall I would say this information is not readily available.

Greystar - 1/3 of portfolio as of 2011
Lincoln - estimated 75%
HSL Properties - 100%
Camden - 100%
Equity Residential - 90+% excluding markets were rent is controlled
Shea Properties - 100%
ALL Public Reits
Holland Residential 90% in 2011
RAM - 38%
