Existing Move-Out Inspection Process Software

Is anyone aware of existing software (Yardi, Appfolio, stand-alone, other, etc.) that assists/expedites the tasks associated with the move-out inspection and make-ready processes?

I'm looking for something that will decrease the turn/make-ready time when a unit becomes vacant.

The work order system in Yardi may help you. Once someone moves out, you can set up specific work orders that you can generate to schedule each part of the turn process. I set it up for two properties. At first no one liked it but it proved to be a valuable tool in keeping track of what was done. At both those properties using this eliminated the need for that big ol' board listing everything. (The Owner hated seeing those boards, so that was why we investigated the use of Yardi for this task.)
