:side: Im am looking for advice and reviews from any roofers or consumers. I am contemplating using Heat Block on my apartment complex. Now this is not a small complex, so the bids I am getting are around $40,000. This is metallic paint applied to the wood work of the attic. What percentage of cooling cost savings am I looking at? Is this something that my in-house painters could do? Please understand with all businesses, my company pays over $200,000 on electrical costs alone annually. Looking for advice!
Hello, before I place my two cents into this I need to get some information based upon what you say you are paying for utilities on an annual basis. Are you paying the electricity for the tenants, are you paying a portion of it, or are the tenants paying for it 100% on there own?
