I recently made a big career change from the medical field as a nurse practitioner to property management. I knew this would be a challenge, but did it to help my husband grow his company. So far, it has been an amazing, exciting change, but really wish I had a mentor to guide me through this transition. What I was hoping for is whether someone would be willing to share their current incentive structure with me? I want to put together a proposal to incentivize our leasing agent, property manager, and maintenance staff. Also, would anyone be willing to share with me how they handle on-call and pay for being on call?
