Carpet Choice Help?

Can anyone help me with this?

I need to choose a carpet type for multifamily use.

It needs to be pet stain and pet smell cleanable, and be cost vs. service life friendly.

All of the ones below list as Pet Cleanable.

It will be the standard apartment tan color.

If you're using any of these, could you share with me what kind of experience you have had with them?

I'm concerned about:

• Service life (how long they last).
  
• General clean-ability, and animal accident clean-ability.
• How many turns do you usually get from it.
• Are you using it in Class A, B or C?

The Carpets I'm looking at are:

1. Mohawk Regents Park II (25 oz) - (Smartstrand)
2. Mohawk Home Charm (25 oz) - (Smartstrand)
3. Mohawk Defiant (25 oz) - (Smartstrand)
4. Mohawk Prominence (18 oz) - (PET & Smartstrand blend)
5. Shaw Eclipse - Eco Selection II (25 oz) - (Nylon R2X)
6. Shaw Commanding Tweed (25 oz) - (Nylon R2X)
