4-6 hours. But this doesn't include the shampooing and painting that we have vendors do. I generally schedule the shampoo the afternoon of move-out, painting the next day, and turn cleaning the 3rd day.
Ughh 2-3 weeks, our largest apartment is a 1 bedroom, when I was on maternity leave then it went down to about 10 days-(I was won reduced hours a month After I got back). I would like it be 40 hours max unless we are replacing cabinets and counters. I was told today by my longtime maintenance guy that having to turn a 200 sq. ft. efficiency in 2 days was too much pushing.
We do 5-7 days in most cases. We often have to wait on the carpet installation. Trying to transition all painting in house, but sometimes it just don't work out.
But then you have those that are just plain torn up those just have to take what it takes to make it right
5 days. Which is almost impossible when you’re getting 5-8 keys a week during the busy season with only 1 guy to turn who also has to do grounds (241 units) and help with work orders.
14 days if they unit needs full rehab, reglazing tubs, new counters and cabinets, new light fixtures and chair rail. Or 5 working days for a regular turn
