I have taken over management of my 64 unit property. I have a maintenance man / manager that seems to the think that the carpet needs to be replaced more often than I do. While I understand there are certain times when carpet needs to be replace for major stains or rips, but what would any of you believe would be the expected life span of new carpet with standard wear and tear?
