To correct this post.
Here is the law in a nutshell.
"You do not need a Florida handyman license. An unlicensed handyman can do the following: install cabinets, flooring, and above ground swimming pools; paint the interior and exterior of a home; perform basic yard work, and repair drywall."

it’s not amount driven. It’s all based on specific code, including plumbing, electrical and building. There isn’t even a Florida “handyman” license— it’s a general contractor’s license.

Chad is on point, it depends on what the market is doing as well. I include vacancy loss into turn over expense.

paint will range between $130 to $220, plus carpet and your housekeeper is also an expense. I don’t know how much you pay a housekeeper but you also have to provide them with the cleaning supplies and the turn over of staff. That’s also expense into a turn unit cost. You are probably above $600 or so

$475 is a bit high but $170 is super low most companies are around $300 for a good painting job and cleaning at $100 on average. $75 for a clean, it will be a $75 clean worth so not very good.
