Many of times. Had 27 floors of a highrise flood and became very well versed very quickly.

Had 4 plexes that the bottom units faced a creek that backed up and would put 2-3 feet high of water throughout the entire apartments... every time we got heavy rains... gave me PTSD for years every time it rained... had to rip out all the drywall and flooring and everything each time... I don't miss that property

Prior building we owned, pool ON ROOF flooded 18 floors. Not fun

After my first “suspect growth” issue in the industry I ended up getting so into the project management of the job that I actually ended up going to work for the indoor air quality company as a director of operations/marketing for a little while
