    Every maintenence member should know this. It's surprising how many techs don't even want to learn. Once you do, you will realize how easy it can be and will wonder why you didn't learn it sooner. My daughter has actually taught a few techs and repaired her walls and her entire ceiling after a flood once. So proud of her.

    That's amazing, thank you for sharing that. Drywall repairs are cheap and easy to do, but they are expensive to contract out.

    Low voltage control wires. The thermostat wires are the easiest thing to learn, and it's a big part of hvac repair.
