I'm looking for a maintenance volunteer to use our software for free and provide me honest feedback
We are a Scotland-based technology company and we are just breaking into the US market and want to make sure we have positioned the product to adequately meet the needs of the industry in this region.
We just released a new version and I would like the opinion of an actual maintenance technician who:
1) services units for a multi-location organization
2) is located within the US
3) provides maintenance and support to residential properties
The software allows you to provide maintenance support remotely using either your computer, a tablet, or any smartphone. It's intended to cut down on the number of trips you need to make out to the tenant's units. It takes me about 15 minutes to train you on how to use it and again, there are no strings attached. I would like you to try out the software and tell me the good, the bad and the ugly about it (this way we can improve).
