We use Corporate Answer and our courtesy patrol would also contact maint on res behalf

Lori Segura lol not sure but if u reach out. It is an additional service charge but worth it, they monitor your workorders at night/weekends and send them to ur pre-set vendors (like no ac, or plumbing backups). We also are using the credit/screening and just signed up for petscreening.com, which integrates 5/1 into appfolio's software.

Lori Segura so they reached out to make a sale so they can make more money but when other problems are listed they just go nowhere. I'm not surprised.

Tamara Pitts Mahaffey you set what exactly u want them to handle. We handle all our own workorders in house. We only want them to handle after hour emergencies.
