Does anyone have any thoughts/experiences with this product? I am looking at trying it at my property. Our biggest expense is carpet replacements due to stains, so we are looking at other options besides the Nylon carpet we are using now. It is an A property, so I still want to make sure it is an A property look as well. Let me know any thoughts or ideas!

Traditionally, Nylon is a much better option for Multi-Family owners and managers especially in A Properties. Nylon has superior performance characteristics and resistance to oil based soiling and stains. However, it is less effective than Polyester against acid based soiling and stains (bleach, acne medication, etc.).

What nylon product have you been using? Were you having specific issues with that product or are you just testing new products?

I have spent the last 12+ years working for Floor Covering Manufacturers specializing in Multi-Family and Builders. There are a ton of new products out there that could help streamline your turn process and maximize your replacement and maintenance expenses.
