I'm sure this must have been a problem in the past, but it has sure had much more publicity recently.

In Houston it was becoming a huge problem and several of our properties. Whole buildings were having to be treated. We pretty much knew where the problem started, a resident who had traveled out of the country. She moved out at the same time she complained about the bugs. She gave her furniture away to other residents without telling them about the bugs. This being new to many of us, the billing process was confusing at best.

Nasty little critters for sure.
