Have you purchased supplies from China directly? was created by Eli Moreno

I am struggling with the high costs of our maintenance supplies, I was just recently made aware that we can order our supplies directly from the manufacturers in China, and achieve substantial savings. Has anyone order this way? What was your experience like? Do you have a contact name or #. Thanks!

We switched a few years back to a mini-blind company that had their products manufactured in China. Was a LOT cheaper, but then again you get what you pay for. After installing them we found they were extremely cheap and broke almost immediately due to the poor product quality so we switched back to the original company.

You can order for supplies directly from china but there are some problems in this way. Main problem is that if in any case the product that you have supplied from china may have some defect then it will be very difficult to manage all these things.
