Does anybody have a good educational packet they sent out to residents about bed bugs? We don't have bedbugs in any of our buildings (not bad in Seattle overall), but I would still like to educate our residents so we will know ASAP if there is an outbreak. NAA has a great pamphlet, but unfortunately, I am not a member

Are there any other great resources you send out?
