What is your Service Team Wow Factor?

Many of the companies considered to be leaders in their field or market are always making an impression that creates a memory. Whether it is a personal experience, the amenities, people, or something completely unique, it is memorable and mentioned on every tour, visit, or maybe something while responding to a service request.

What is something that a Service Team has done or currently does that really made you say “wow”?

when a high hourly rate tech like a plumber, heating man, or electrician, discounts the bill becuase something "should have only taken x number of hours but it took longer because of a mistake made" -- I appreciate that and it goes a long way toward engendering my trust.

Our carpet cleaning service (Advance1Clean.com) will call afterward and make sure everything was ok. That's priceless.

A genuinely sincere attempt to make it right or make up for something not done as intended always goes along way. It shows that they are not only human but that they truly care and most customers want to deal woth someone that cares about what they are doing. Thanks for posting.
